MANCHESTER USER’S NETWORK PUBLIC MEETING (MANCHESTER MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS) With Guest Speakers: Luciana Berger MP (Berger is the great niece of the famous 20th centenary trade unionist Manny Shinwell ) Plus Ivan Lewis MP ( Now the Challenger for Mayor of Greater Manchester) this being his first engagement as a candidate in the Manchester mayoral Election 2016.

Dysfunctional Mental Health Care System. Upsurge in deaths of the Mentally ill !
Patients left to their own devices. Views of Service Users ignored (patients). Managers making non clinical decisions on patients. (CPA assessments just a paper exercise).
