“Manchester Mental Health & Social Care Trust Operating A Crisis Lead Organisation for now over eight years . That cannot be in the interest of patients .”  Manchester Users Network [MUN] chair :

“The very idea of closing any one of these valued services; fills me with fear of a future devoid of suitable healthcare.  These remaining services, which if closed will simply lead to the death of patients. That simply cannot be allowed to happen, Manchester deserves better; and must be given better services, as the law dictates” . MUN chair, Paul Reed, 25 Th February, 2016
